Purchase and License Terms
1. Purchase
Purchases are made through Stripe as reseller (“Merchant of Record”, Stripe Managed Payments). Ordering, payment and invoicing are subject to Stripe’s terms, which are shown to you during checkout. The listed prices are one-time payments; no subscription is created.
2. Delivery
NetDoc itself is available for free download on this website at any time. What you purchase is the license key: we send it by email to the address you provided at checkout, usually within 24 hours.
3. License
- The license is perpetual and covers the use of NetDoc within your organization, on one server, with an unlimited number of users.
- The number of devices is limited to the tier purchased (Small 50, Medium 100, Professional 250, Business 500, Enterprise unlimited). Up to 25 devices, NetDoc can be used free of charge without a license key.
- The license includes updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, your version keeps running without restrictions; newer versions require a renewal.
- The license is non-transferable and may not be resold, rented out or passed on to third parties.

4. Upgrading to a larger tier
You can upgrade to a larger tier at any time and only pay the difference to the price of the new tier. You receive a personal coupon code for this and, after the purchase, a new license key that replaces your previous one. Just write to support@getnetdoc.com.
5. Refunds
If NetDoc isn’t right for you, we refund the purchase price within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. A short email is all it takes. The refund terminates the license; afterwards, NetDoc may only be used within the free tier (up to 25 devices).
6. Support
We help with installation questions and bugs by email on a best-effort basis, without guaranteed response times. On-site installation, training and customization are not included.
7. Data backup
NetDoc runs on your server. You are responsible for making regular backups (in NetDoc under Settings → Backup) and for storing them outside the server.
